What Type of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept payment in form of cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit. After our services have been completed, we will send an invoice to the provided email and move forward after a few days to review

Is The Pool Cleaned After My Opening?

After an opening, the pool will not be cleaned unless a monthly maintenance plan or spring clean-up has been requested. Spring clean-ups will be free of charge if we open your pool and are providing our monthly services.

How Long Is Each Cleaning?

Cleaning times may vary, but after an initial visit or consultation (free of charge), we will be able to give an approximate estimate.

Can I Swim After A Cleaning?

After cleaning the pool you will be able to swim right away. If chemicals such as shock are added, we suggest refraining from swimming for 4 hours. For monthly maintenance, we will provide a log of all services provided each visit as well as inform you if we have shocked the pool.

Do I Need To Be Home For Your Services?

You will not need to be home for us to deliver our services! Please notify us if we need a code or special route to enter your backyard.

Is There a Chemical Charge?

If you are on our maintenance plan, all chemicals will be provided free of charge! Prices for our one-time visits and spring clean-ups (outside of our maintenance plan) do not include the chemical charge. If you provide chemicals, we will not charge you for the chemicals used.

Which Days Should I Expect My Regular Maintenance Visits?

After deciding on a maintenance plan, we will contact you as soon as possible and work out the days to expect our weekly visits.
